Dr. Dennis Weaver, M.D., MBA has a proven track record of facilitating numerous successful regional healthcare demonstrations. In addition, he has pioneered the development of primary care demonstration design and implementation.

Regional Healthcare Demonstration Qualifications

• Recruited funding from multiple sources such as government (state and federal), corporations, and foundations

Dr. Weaver cannot claim credit for the regional success in any of several demonstrations across the United States in which he has participated. Although he has facilitated the development and authored many of the plans that have resulted in significant regional healthcare breakthroughs, success has been driven by the collaboration and commitment of the dedicated individuals within the communities where he has had the privilege to serve.
